📌All students returning for the 24-25 school year are required to complete the update. This process must be completed with your Parent Portal account.
📌 If you do not have an account, your student-specific information sheet will be sent home with your student.
📌Two proofs of residency are REQUIRED. Parents may either upload them with the Returning Student Update OR send in paper copies.

5th graders got the opportunity to see band, orchestra and chorus groups from Westview Middle School this morning and learn about the performing arts in middle school! No matter what middle school they attend, they will have opportunities to participate in performing arts, if they choose!
SCReady testing for grades 3-5 starts next week. It is very important for your child to be present at school on these days. Please avoid scheduling doctor appointments and other out of school functions during this testing period. Please do not be late, as testing will start promptly at 8:00 a.m. Students may not be in possession of any electronic device(s) on test days, these include, but are not limited to cell phones, smart watches, and wireless earbuds.

May the 4th be with you! BCSD Family Night with the Charleston Battery is going to be a blast!
This summer the boys' and girls' basketball programs are hosting a combined camp for youth ages 5-12 on June 19th & 20th.
Our Guys in Ties have worked so hard to encourage their peers at school to collect pop tabs for their service learning project! ⭐️As a school we collected 73.5 pounds ⭐️ Our boys had the privilege of dropping them off at the Ronald McDonald House! The guys received a tour of the house and learned first hand just how our pop tabs help families in need. We are so proud of these young gentlemen who are leading the "dragon way" with their kind hearts! 💜💚 A special thank you to our teacher volunteers who have taken time to lead and guide our boys! Ms. Kavanaugh, Mr.McBride, Mr.Ularte, and Mr.Foster❤️❤️
